Keystone Heavy Duty Welded Belts


Heavy duty belts are approximately 2 1/2 times as strong as standard duty belts. Keystone's heavy duty welded selvage belts are available in three different mesh sizes and four different materials: low carbon galvanized steel, C-1045 bright high carbon steel, T-304 stainless steel and T-316L stainless steel. Other materials can be specially ordered.

Widths for welded selvage belts range from 6" to 192". All of Keystone's heavy duty belts are fabricated using a round edge flat strip.

Welded selvage belts permit the use of sprockets in the first opening on either side of the belt. Welded belts wider than 24" are supplied with internal welds, as shown below. Welded selvage belts 24" and under can be supplied with internal welds, at no additional charge, when requested.

All heavy duty belts have the following dimensions:
   Flat strip = 1/2" wide x .062" thick round edge
   Connector rod = 6 gauge (.192" diameter) - high tensile strength
