Urethane Timing Belts
 |
For power
transmission and linear positioning, Jason Industrial's
polyurethane timing belts are designed for strength, ease of use
and minimum maintenance. Polyurethane timing belts are available
in all popular standard and metric pitches. We stock 300mm wide
sleeves and can provide any required width from stock. Kevlar
tensile cord can be substituted for steel on special
orders.

Open End Belts
Ideal for linear drive and indexing applications,
Jason's Urethane open end belts are available in a variety of
sizes, pitches and colors to meet all specifications. Belt styles
include steel or kevlar reinforcement, as well as high load (HP)
and high flexibility (HPF). Belts can be spliced to specified
lengths. |

Uniflex Belts
Manufactured in urethane with
continuous helically wound steel cable cords, Jason's Uniflex
belts are ideal for situations where high stress and load demands
exceed the performance capacity of spliced belts or where the
"tooling cost" of long length or non-standard endless belts are
prohibitive. Truly endless at any length, Uniflex timing belts are
suitable for all power transmission, high speed and severe
conveying applications.

VAR Belting

|
Jason Urethane VAR round
and V-belting is the proven solution for all types of conveying
problems. They are made of a polymer compound that provides high
strength, oil and chemical resistance and most are FDA/USDA
approved. VAR is available in a range of Shore hardnesses and
coefficients of friction to meet every application requirement, as
well as many standard diameters and sizes. In addition to the
standard round and V sizes, VAR belting is available in ridgetop
profiles for minimum contact applications and also in twin
sections. Super Grip rough top backing is also available for
application requiring additional product grip.
|
|
Jason can also make special profiles for large
volume applications, contact us with your requirements. VAR
belting is available in economical 100 foot rolls that can be
stocked in your plant, ready to cut and splice to length in
minutes. Jason belting is packaged in convenient clear center
feeding rolls. Now, you can see how much belting remains on the
roll at all times, eliminating the guesswork of estimating how
much is left in a box.
Endless Belts Made Easy Jason VAR
belting can be easily field spliced to minimize down time for belt
replacement. This is essential as many machine designs do not
allow for disassembly to replace belts. It also assures correct
belt fit every time. Replacing a VAR belt doesn't require
dismantling the equipment, reducing both downtime and maintenance
costs. No expensive equipment or training is required. Maintenance
personnel can fit new belts in a matter of minutes with our simple
portable splicing kit.
It is as simple as determining the correct belt
length, feeding the belt into the belt path and pulleys and then
splicing the ends with our portable splicing tools.
Availability VAR belting is
available from stock with nine regional warehouses throughout the
US and Canada. Jason is committed to providing the belts you need
when and where you need them at a competitive price.
