FABLON Bullhorn and Longhorn -
a New Angle on Loading Belts.
These unique cleat designs provide smooth, reliable product delivery in demanding environments. Used for large, abrasive or heavy loads, Bullhorn and Longhorn provide four to eight times the cleat surface of conventional slab-cleated belting.

• Taller, thicker cleat profile provides more "bite" and wearing surface than competitive brands.
• Overlapping cleat design allows the belt to ride smoothly over return idlers.
• Variable cleat width lets you order belting to match your equipment.

Choosing the Right Belt.
Bullhorn belting offers a tight, low-profile cleat design for smooth delivery of loads such as planed asphalt and wood chips. Where greater capacity is required, the Longhorns' taller, aggressive cleat design allows easy handling of large, heavy or wet materials such as sugar beets and recycling.

Both designs maintain constant contact with return idlers and can be troughed as necessary.

Integrally Molded Cleats.
Like all Fabreeka belts, cleats on the Bullhorn and Longhorn are integrally molded to the surface of the belt. This molding process ensures that the cleats will not separate from the belting - a common problem encountered with cleats that are merely vulcanized to the surface. Integral molding ensures that the cleats become homogeneous with the cover.
