Belt Power can provide your every gasket need.With two gasket presses, Belt Power's gasket department can cut a variety of standard gaskets using the preformed steel rule dies we keep in stock. Belt Power's stock consists of ring style sizes from ” to 24” 150lb dies and ” to 12” 300lb dies.Full-face style dies are also available from ” to 72” 150lb with the larger sizes being segmented. Belt Power can also have specialty dies made for large, repetitive orders for mass production needs. If you need that specialty gasket, but not they mass production quantity, Belt Power's gasket department can cut your need by hand. Using a pattern, an old gasket, or the part to which the gasket goes, the gasket depart can reproduce the gasket you need to keep your operation going.  All the gaskets discussed here can be cut out of an array of materials.   In rubber alone, there is neoprene, red rubber, EPDM, gum rubber(natural), black nitrile(Buna), White nitrile(FDA), viton, cloth inserted rubber, and butyl.   Othermaterials include non-asbestos materials, graphoil materials(BSSC &BTCSS), Teflon(commercial and virgin), Inertex(expanded TFE), and rubber sponge material.  Another product the gasket department can supply is strips of rubber.  Most of the previously mentioned materials are readily cut into strips up to 12” wide with thicknesses from 1/16” to 1” thick.   Belt Power has invested in a waterjet department which can dramaically expedite your gasket production.   This waterjet machine also allows us to cut more intricate designs and increase mass production levels to better serve you and all customers.
