Habasit Folder-Gluer Belts


Habasit supplies a comprehensive range of feeder belts and folder gluer belts for box making applications. They display excellent reversed bending properties and their covers provide highest abrasion resistance, constant and safe grip and do no not mark the transported goods.

 

  • Folder-gluer belts (polyamide) 
    The new NBR (nitrile butadiene rubber) covers, dark green in colour provide high durability, good positive grip andthe ability to cope with very high operational speeds, reversed bendings and small pulley diameters.

The traction layer and its components were completely re-engineered to support the outstanding reversed bending properties of the belt.

The combination of these changes results in an upgrade of types S-10/30, S-10/40 and S-18/60 and makes for unparalleled performance, reliability and durability at high speed.

 
  • Flexfold
    Traditional Folder Gluer Belts consist of a polyamide traction layer and rubber covers, made endless by a glued joint. This can be time-consuming, particularly if extensive machinery disassembly is involved. By comparison Habasit’s "Flexproof" adhesive free method of joining means reliable joints can be effected quickly by relatively untrained personnel with the belt remaining on the machine throughout the joining process.

The joint zone and belt are totally homogeneous (Habasit’s Flexfold CM-14/30F, CM-14/40F and CM-14/50F) and are covered with the same NBR layers as the Polyamide Folder Gluer Belts.

The result, flexible, abrasion resistant products, easy to fit and "best in class performance"

 

  • Grabber feeder belts
    Grabber feeder belts with their numerous substrates and durable covers ensure a high performance and reliable feeding process.
