Keystone Flights & Attachments

Flights can be used with Keystone flat wire belts for moving parts or material on an incline. Flight clips for attaching flights to the belt are available both in plated steel and T-304 stainless steel. Flight clips will fit all belt mesh sizes for both standard and heavy duty belts, and they can be supplied with a flat head bolt, hex nut and lock washer (true 1/2" x 1/2" clips supplied with allen head screw). On special order, the factory can fabricate custom flights and attach them to the belt with a flight clip, or by welding. Narrow width sprocket driven belts may not be available for use with flight clips due to lack of belt drive openings.
Special Attachments Special attachments can be ordered and fabricated by Keystone including edge guards and attachments to raise products above the belt. Some of the attachments are pictured below. Keystone can also custom make attachments for special / odd applications.
