The H.O.T. gasket utilizes high recovery, heat treated Inconel windings and inhibited Flexicarb graphite, with a high heat shield (on both inside and outside diameters) to protect against “graphite oxidisation”. The H.O.T. gasket overcomes the problems associated with leakage due to a deterioration of gasket materials at High Temperatures.
