all available on a same day/ next day basis:

High Speed
Vulcanizing
Because minimizing
downtime for our customers is a concern for Belt Power, we
invested in High Speed Vulcanizers that join Polyurethane and PVC
belting in a process that take no longer than 10 minutes. Whether cooking a belt in
our shop or out on a line at our customers plant, these presses
allow Belt Power to be the quickest at getting our customers back
up and running. The press lengths that are
currently available are 26, 42, 63, 72, and 90 wide.

Edge Capping
Late in 2002, Belt
Power invested in a Belt Edge Capping machine. This machine is used to
cap the edges on polyurethane belting to eliminate belt edge fray
and contamination.
This belting style is normally seen in food applications
where belt sanitation and cleanliness is a major issue. This process and the style
of belting we use meet all USDA, FDA, and AAA standards. Belt Power is able to
provide edge capped belts on a same day/ next day basis to meet
the short term needs of our customers.

V-Guiding
Belt Power has the
ability to do all of our own v-guiding in house. From sizes U3 to D section
and from rubber to PVC to Polyurethane, we stock and can apply
them all in house to help reduce lead times and control our own
workmanship.

Perforating
Belt Power can also
produce a perforated belt in a short amount of time. Depending on the thickness
of the belt, we are able to perforate belts with holes from 1/8
to over 1 in diameter and with just about any hole pattern your
application requires.
