Habasit Cleats and V-Guides

Cleats can be added to Habasit conveyor belts to assist with indexing the conveyed products or moving products up steep inclines/declines.  V-Guides can be added for extra belt tracking assistance.  Profiles are typically mounted by hot air welding, high frequency welding, or adhesives.

Habasit profiles are available in PVC and Polyurethane, in a variety of shapes and colors.
